Meet Narayani, Founder & Owner of Paraiso Yoga. (ERYT 500)

For over 20 years Yoga has been my focus and my passion. Teaching and sharing yoga is the joyous and natural extension of this, my lifestyle. My ongoing vision has been to find and create a space that holds and breathes life into this creation. In 2006 my travels brought me to Sayulita in Mexico and I knew I’d found the area where the seeds of my vision could take root. In 2009 I opened Paraiso Yoga, and over the years we have become the vision: a place of nurturing where one can come practice and study yoga, tai chi, and meditation among other healing arts; and flower into one’s full potential. Now, we are taking this to you. My name is Narayani and I am truly honored to share this gift with you

Exceptional yoga experience! Narayani came to the home we were staying in just outside Sayulita and we had an amazing yoga practice on the roof top terrace overlooking the ocean. She was able to quickly read my skill level and adapted the practice to where it was perfect for me. I even did my first head stand! Paraiso Yoga is exactly what I was looking for and is highly recommended.

Best yoga classes I have ever taken. I took two yoga classes here, with Ita and Adrian, and they were both the best classes I've ever taken. Both instructors gave their all and incorporated asanas and techniques I've never encountered in 20+ years of yoga. I also did a by-donation sound healing with Adrian and was so moved. The facility is one out of my dreams -- airy outdoor studio in the trees where roosters and tropical birds provide the soundtrack. If I come to stay for a long period I will definitely spend a lot of time here.
