Paraiso Yoga is the first yoga school in Sayulita registered with Yoga Alliance. In this 3 week training, the participants will learn the systematic practice of Yoga along with a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology from the yogic viewpoint and the systematic practice of breathing techniques (Pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.

The training will lead the participants from a basic understanding of Yoga postures to transition into advanced level postures and focusing on the practice and experience on the mat itself. The systematic practice and learning to modify with each practice session will lead to building a strong foundation in order to teach yoga safely in the future. There will be a detailed review of the postures, and a thorough breakdown of modifications, alignment, and opportunity to experience it while practicing on your own and teaching to your fellow participant during practicum modules for each and every participant. The advantage of taking the course at Paraiso Yoga, an in-site up and running yoga studio is that the students will be already teaching and learning adjustments from the beginning on in site yoga classes gaining experience from day one.

What Students will learn and get benefit from the course:
- Participants will learn systematic practice of Yoga and how to use the traditional sequence effectively to develop and deepen their own practice.
- Participants will also be taught the systematic techniques of Meditation in order to achieve stillness of the Body and Mind and develop a meditative lifestyle and practice for teachings.
- Breathing and pranayama techniques will be taught and will be given the opportunity to practice and learn it in a traditional manner.
- Students will be thoroughly go through with the process of establishing their own yoga business after the successful completion of the Teachers training course and how to be a successful, inspiring and compassionate yoga teacher and establishing a successful yoga centers.
- Participants who complete the program receive Yoga Teacher Certification from Paraiso Yoga which qualify them to register with the Yoga Alliance as a RYT200 or Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200- hour level.
What is the Refund/Cancellation Policy?
If you decide to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit (though we will make exceptions for illness, injury) or you can transfer your spot to someone else. PARAISO YOGA reserves the right to cancel if less than 4 participants sign up. In this unlikely scenario, you will be refunded in full.
Is there a Limit of Number of Participants?
Yes, we cap the training at 12 students. That way, we can ensure that everyone gets plenty of individual attention and instruction, and the training stays small and intimate to be able to give individual attention during this process
