At Paraiso yoga shala, we believe in yoga as a way of living. Each of the yoga styles taught at the studio respond to a particular way of focus in yoga, giving the student the possibility of finding the style that is suited best to his or her own individuality.
To applaud yoga for its physical benefits alone would only diminish what this entire system has to offer as a whole. By practicing yoga on a regular basis, you may be surprised to find that you’re building much more than a strong, flexible body.

For over 14 years Yoga has been my focus and my passion. Teaching and sharing yoga is the joyous and natural extension of this, my life style. My ongoing vision has been to find and create a space that holds and breathes life into this creation.
