This yoga studio is botanical and peaceful. The teachers love yoga and welcome you like family. Each teacher at the studio had techniques to help improve alleignment, breath, balance and strength.
I scouted out yoga options for my Empower Training Retreat in Sayulita and did a couple of classes at Paraiso Yoga. I fell in love with their no-nonsense approach and sensitivity to people's varied needs.
A few of our group visited the studio for a scheduled class and really enjoyed it. We then had Nara come to our house for a private lesson. She is a very gifted teacher with a great sense of humor. We plan to make Paraiso Yoga a big part of our next visit.
I sat in one of the hammocks and relaxed prior to my massage. Although we didn't stay there it was very clean, relaxed and beautiful. A very calming place.
